Northside

There are a couple of nice pubs near Tower Hill and Monument tube stations. Sky Lounge bar is not far from that hotel or if you are willing to go a little further, you have The Oyster Shed and Steelyard which are along the river closer to Cannon Street tube.

Give me a shout if you need any more recommendations.
