There seems to be a few threads on this at the moment

I’ve tried the lane next to the gym in Chiswick but no luck. I’m pretty sure stuff must happen on Hounslow Heath but that place just has a bad vibe altogether so I wouldn’t go there.

I’ve heard Cranford Park (M4 J3) is meant to be good but I’ve never tried.

Maybe it would be better to set something up prearranged, I have the feeling turning up at random spots could be a waste of time

There's a park at Fulham Palace Road near shell filling station. Great place with total privacy. You'll love it

i know a very good spot very close to heathrow,it has a small field at the back with benches and is a closed off, one way carpark,,
