You may well get a lot of people turning up who have not told you so on the thread as you have left the details of the venue on the thread.So numbers may well prove difficult to predict as I think a lot of people probably guys may well turn up.I personally don’t plan to book a room as I will turn up have a chat , drink maybe something to eat then say my goodbyes and make my way back to Edmonton.

Want to apologise to everyone who has or had their names on the guest list for the social, I made a mistake by putting the social details on the forum this has rightly so, upset a few people and they have now decided not to attend, YES I do have a guest list and a reserve list for single guys, NO I donot know who else will show up because, people will not decide until nearer the time and this I cannot control. Oh Yes !! Have visited the Travel Lodge, spoke to the assistant manager, they are happy to allow the meeting there, not told them where we are from

, they have a nice small bar selling soft drinks, wines, spirits and beer.....with 2 on tap...oh and of course Guinness

So it should be a good social, hope this helps all those with names down and those who booked rooms

What a bit of a disaster, some people went to wrong hotel, one poor lady took an hour to find us, Those that did make it had an enjoyable time, met some old and made some new friends, I must say thank you to those that made it, sorry to those that went to the wrong place, Thanks to those that left messages saying they could not make it ( found them this morning) And a BIG sorry if anybody thinks I let them down, not our intention, but has everybody knows, does not matter how many names are on the list it could be higher or lower in the end.
