Hi, we are thinking of organizing a night of drinks and dance at a bar/club in central London. Ideally one Saturday. Want to see how many couples interested in this. Lots of people we have spoken to want to do that. Would be great to take over a bar really. Open to couples only.

London/Essex... ish... Romford to be exact

I think these types of things happen already... At swinger clubs. Most people only go to clubs to socialise anyway.

Folks Whiterabbit organanises regular fantastic Socials. In London and Heathrow. I am aware of other smaller ones about but no need to reinvent the wheel people just keep an eye out for her next one and ask.

The most enjoyable ones i have ever gone to.

Yes, there are also excellent organised socials near Bank and in Croydon, all advertised here. That being said, we love the socials, so the more the merrier!

I find bars/clubs too loud to actually be able to have a conversation. To be honest, the last time I went to a nightclub I really felt like I was well past it and can’t be dealing with testosterone fuelled teens and 20 somethings anymore!

The existing socials are good although I don’t think we’d be against going to any others but like the format of a pub or quieter bar where you can actually have a chat.

That’s exactly what the Croydon social is. It’s a good pub that we use quit often on our own. Definitely won’t find many 20 somethings at the Croydon social too.

"Are the socials only for couples?"

Croydon, Bank and Heathrow certainly aren't (Mrs would be disappointed if they were!), but they do manage the numbers of single guys.

"Are the socials only for couples?"

Absolutely not. As the thread states couples, single men and females welcome but they do limit number of single guys so need to add your name as early as possible.

You would need to be proactive and ask to attend at any socials.

Ideally, put yourself forward early to ensure you are included on the list.

Watford

We are having our 2nd social in Watford this Saturday, Whiterabbit is attending, not been to a Heathrow social yet but on the list.

Ours is run by myself and Tigger, thought more local socials were needed. So if you want to run your own go for it but limit guys definitely.

I think the OP is looking for a social that is for couples only... like it says in the original post.

I use to host socials for couples and select singles.

Hope the OP find what they want
