What's Rios like weekday daytimes?

Been thinking of dipping my toe into all of this as it's all new to me. I was thinking of going there to frolic in the nude without the pressure of doing anything.

Is it a safe, judgement free, welcoming place? How clean is it? What's the age range of those who visit it? I'm in my mid 20s but not sure if it's for me if most people there are double my age?
