It could be a picture or just colours, and the words could be humorous or sarcastic.

It's not restricted to images, a meme is anything shared within a particular culture. The word was invented by Richard Dawkins, of all people, in the 70s. Google is your friend

I read that on google but i couldn’t make no conection. I can speak 4 diferent languages but Im not perfect so Im asking, When someone tells you- where is the meme? What actually they try to ask ?
