Have a look at Z Hotels. Quite reasonable and nicer/quirkier thank a travelodge!

Christchurch Dorset

Try the ibis for crew rate. They never ask for proof of ID.

Mid Sussex & London

If you're not too bothered about staying in the exact postcode you mentioned, the Travelodge on Middlesex Street (think it's called Travelodge London City) is normally very good value and right next to a tube station so is well placed too. It's a new build too so clean and modern.

South East London

Travel Lodge always. Never got a refund for a room with the other crowd when my travel was snowed off last year. TL gave free date changes if your ticket was non refundable while PI did fuck all.

Nth. London

The TL at Middlesex Street is called London Liverpool Street...

But!

There's a revamped (superooms)

one not far away..London Central City Road. Much nicer. As with any TL in London it's much cheaper on Sundays...

Have fun

Have a look on booking . Com or Airbnb could work better

Round the corner from where I live!

Any recommendations feel free to ask away!

Erith

There are plenty of cheaper options between Elephant and Castle and the river on the south side and a good bus service and tube network.
