I'm just putting my feelers out before I decide what to do about the lovely little flat I currently live in!

My beloved flatmate has to move out of London and her double room will probably be free from March. Our bedrooms share a wall and she knows all about my lifestyle and is supportive of it, so finding someone who is similarly chilled out is a must if I'm to stay here!

It is in no way a party flat but sometimes there will be spanking and moaning going on in the other room! No gang bangs or anything excessively noisy (we are respectful of eachother and our neighbours!) But shagging will and does happen regularly!.

Does anyone have any ideas about where to look for a flatmate? Sadly I can't keyword search all the normal sites for "swinger" or "kinky" LOL!

Thought it might be worth asking before resigning myself to moving into a more anonymous big shared house

Ah, what a shame. I guess you could always advertise in the conventional small ads - Craigslist, Gumtree etc - specifying that you would like a swinger-friendly flatmate? But this has made me wonder if a new 'Accommodation sought/offered' section on the Forum here might be an idea...? This must often come up as an issue for members of the site, particularly in London with people moving around so much.

I'd ask around trusted friends and in places where you know only genuine people whom respect our lifestyle choice are found first hopefully that may find someone

Maybe here as suggested but Craigslist small adds etc be very selective or your prob get bombarded with enquiries from all sorts some may be genuine but others may have alterior motives if that makes sense

Just post advertise very carefully and chose wisely be careful I guess I'm trying to say and good luck. Chatting to people that run or work at clubs and events mite also find you someone genuine x

I totally understand I have the same problem, I'm looking for a room after February.

Ideally I'd like someone who is easy and don't bother or judge these kind of things, or if I invite someone in my room etc.

Same as you.

I say ideally because actually here I didn't have met anyone yet eheh...

But the accomodation is part of the problem:

I feel not much free to invite on mine also, we are 5 in total, too many people around! I'd like to move in flat with 1 or 2 others max.

I'm a worker not like student or party house.

In site like gumtree etc you risk to have hundreds of message from people who whant just meet for sex anyway.

Let me know if have some solutions

Good lord I'm sorry guys! I thought I might get notifications of replies but I didn't so didn't check back! Will reply privately asap! Generally, i have put an advert on fet as they have groups for it. Would ideally like a submissive or switchy man or a woman but very much depends on the individual of course! Xx

I've put an ad on fet to start off as I don't want kink or swinger info on an open advert (on spareroom etc) incase my landlady see's it lol! If i don't get any luck I will try to drop hints in the ad somewhere else!
