I was not born or bread in london but I play regularly at the club's in the city does that class as being a Londoner or something else?

I'd say something else.

I'd call a Londoner someone who resides or was born in London. I've lived outside London and still would call myself a Londoner, regardless of the time I've lived in the new place.
