I'll be at work on a hill in Chigwell which is in line with the mall to Buckingham palace so we can almost touch the planes from there and I think it is the largest flypast ever isn't it

I saw the rehearsal on Tuesday, with 63 elements of the 100ish taking part. Very impressive indeed.

Starts with 9 helicopters flying in formation, and ends with the Reds but look out for the F35 ( our newest fighter) and the unusual Typhoon formation.

For those who can't get to see it, it's being broadcast live on the BBC.

Thanks. I’ll have to record it. It’ll sound and look great.

Wish I was in London now. I’m sure it’ll be spectacular. The Red Arrows have brought in a former pilot so that they can fly in full formation this year.

They flew right over my house during the practice run. It was rather exciting.

Just a single guy, but I'll definitely be there - quite near me office!

If you fancied a coffee, you know where I am...LOL (can't blame a guy for trying...I hope ).

In all seriousness, though, can't wait for the fly past - should be great...

"Was thinking of heading up to the south bank. .are they going up the river? "

Coming in from Chelmsford, over the Olympic Park, City of London then veering right down the Mall.

Helicopters first, Reds finishing it.

Yes I watched it too from Waterloo Bridge-brilliant display especially the flight that formed the numbers “100” and then finally the Red Arrows.

I’m hoping to get to a couple of air shows in Scotland to see the Red Arrows in full display mode.

The fly past looked amazing.
