Following on from the thread by Vandeman....

So there are a few of us fabbers meeting next Saturday 24th February to watch the rugby (that game with the oval ball and guys with tree trunk legs - swoon) we are particularly up for watching the England/Scotland game which kicks off at 16.45, but a few of us will be there at 14.15 for the Ireland/Wales game. We will be meeting in a central London pub, you will be sent the details Friday 23rd and would appreciate you not passing on those details.

I am not the most knowledgeable 6 nations rugby fan but read in yesterday's metro the last time Scotland scored a try against England was about 10 years ago yes I know there is a first time for everything.I think England win 10 points or more as apart from the Scotland player that kicks penalties and conversion ( Greg Laidwell ? ) England are probably stronger in most positions.I will be attending tomorrow so if I am wrong just take the Mickey out of me don't tip any beer.I look forward to seeing you all tomorrow.

I just wanted to thank everyone that attended and made me feel welcomed at yesterday 6 nations social in London I attended just for the Scotland v England game and had a good time most had been there for both games.I did say England win by 10 points or more but what do I know as on the day Scotland were the better side.Looking forward to attending another social soon .Take care guys
