Havent been for a while ,is it clean ,any upgrades on facilities ?

It was quite poor ladt time I was there around year and a half ago.

Nope...it blows. Last time I was there (about a month ago), one of the steam rooms was closed, so there have only been downgrades. If I go, it's on a Thursday, when there are no other swing club options in London.
