Is it just a turn up event or do you need to let them know I've wanted to go cougars and cubs for ages but never had the courage to go x

Just turn up hun and pay on the door. Take ID on first occasion as you need to join for £10 fee plus £25 entry. Take own alcohol or buy drinks there ( reasonable pub prices )

Its a really great friendly night x
