I suspect for that type of activity:

1. people will want to know the top more than they would for swinging before doing anything

2. Couples are capable of doing those acts between themselves and single women most likely have a trusted friend and would not be interested in being inundated by mail from chancers on Fab

3 they already have clubs they attend where they can see people in action before they choose, and

4 they would also want such discussion to be LGBT friendly and gender neutral.
