Looking to set up webcam business - need help

Hi, myself and my flatmate are thinking about setting up a POV webcam business, going in partnership with a female. Has anyone successfully set up this kind of business model, monetising it successfully etc? Would like to hear from anyone with any experience in running an ongoing business, or an amateur model. No exploitation intended, we would operate from a home in Herts, nr Watford/St Albans.
