White rabbit held a very successful pub social, got me thinking if it would work on a regular basis in London

Yes I think it would work and I have attended the past couple and am looking to extend into SE london but the problem is finding a suitable venue.

The social is a way for people to meet people in a relaxed no play environment. I think that they are a great idea.

The Princess Louise in Holborn used to hold swing friendly fet munch nights.

Used to have plenty of laughs there.

Same as the purple parrot.

Any no discript pub with a fairly fluid take no notice of anybody cleientel will do. The worlds end is up the road from a certain club so that might work rather well.

I think it depends on if you are doing a week night or a weekend. Week nights work for all the swinging commutters... plus you could do a night earlier in the week, when pubs are a little quieter.

I'd be up for coming along when I can...as long as it's not in the total opposite direction to Euston...I'm sure we all have our own destinations in mind and where we'd want it to be lol

Moi? I finish between 5 30 and 6. Though will need to factor in travel time whenever I plan meeting someone.

works for me in hotel bars when staying overnight , met some real nice people over the years, although finding a lady to chat to is easy with the guy acting like bull males.
