10 minute walk from a rail station. OP2F is a 5 min walk from a rail station. Not sure about the new club though.

Yes it is if you're not a lazy arse. It's only about 20 minutes from Chadwell Heath by foot

Le Boudoir is within walking distance of 2/3 tube stations and 2 train termini (correct term)?

10mins walk from a tube station (with a pub on the way that serves food if you are so inclined) 1min walk from over ground or 2 bus stops and a choice of 2 buses from the underground station
