OP, have you got your membership sorted out? A couple of my friends just can't seem to get on the single men membership list (even though they are gents of the highest order).

I like the club but it works for me - it's not everyone's cuppa.

Whether I visit the club regularly or not shouldn't matter. I was referring to the point he said its not worth going and he should know cos hes been there... not exactly an infomative reason, people has the right to be negative but if someone is looking for information on a club surely the reasons should be discriptive to help the person asking make an informed decision.

If you make it through their process and get on the approved to enter single male list then it's great. Not everyone seems to manage to get through (lovely and vouched for as they may be).

I like the club: it's my local and I'm there as a single or with friends with whom I have a couples membership. But, I'm not a single male trying to go.

Thats certainly NOT what the single guy members REVIEWS say

We due to our size regulate male intake just like every UK club

have a try getting into Chams that club is 5 times bigger than us

however

you were approved for membership pre Ladygardens birthday event

you continuously phoned and complained that you were somewhat computer illiterate,and couldnt access your approval ,

we dont babysit or childmind or teach guys how to access their sent information

Seeing you have nothing better to do than be Negative towards the club that approved you

I have no choice but to REVOKE the offer of Membership

You claimed not to have received my application 9 times even though you actually replied to the email that you claimed not to have received. One of your staff admitted that they had received the 9 (yes count them) applications and it would not be a problem and would be resolved while you said "don't bother turning up, you aren't getting in"

Your club is a pokey little place, no wider than a corridor and to claim it is the best in London only goes to show how bad the rest of the clubs around the capital are. It is not a great club compared to the others I have visited and is definitely the least friendly. I am not the only person this has happened to. I have heard many anecdotes from other single males and saw with my own eyes the very same thing happen to another person on the one occasion that I did visit the club.

Your telephone manner is rude bordering on obnoxious and I certainly won't be in any hurry to even think about your establishment in the near future.

And don't try blaming your shortcomings on my IT skills.

Ive had the same issues with the club, sent memberships they then claim to have no record of any memberships???

Then you get rudeness from the staff on the phone who say not to bother applying as you are 'no longer welcome' as apparently you are not allowed to chase up your application.

Makes you think what they are doing with all these applications probably selling them onto third parties is my best bet.....but then again thats my speculation

ALSO notice how as soon as you get a bad club review all your 'members' club together and write good reports hmmm

To start with yes I am a member of OP4F. However I am also a member of various other clubs as well which I also visit often. So I think I can give a fair opinion.

I find OP4F friendly with great staff and always had a good night either playing or not playing.

Yes it is not the biggest club in the world but it is laid out well and it is clean and well maintained. This is just my view but one I expect is shared by many other people who have been to the club.

I love this club and we're it easier and closer to where I lived I would go a lot more often than I can now. My birthday was great thanks to Greg and Lisa and the lovely staff. I like that it is small and think it makes a great club for any newbies to the club scene.

It may have the odd negative comment but you can't please everyone although they do try

I also sent two applications and never got a reply. When I sent a message to Lisa via Fab to check on the status I got blocked...I wasn't rude at all just needed to know about whether I can attend the party.

Although we are a couple I don't think you will find a more friendly club the hosts are terrific and always a great atmosphere, we have been to clubs all over and always feel at home when we get to attend

The way I've always found it if your going to hound a club about getting membership your probably going to hound the people to try and get laid, its simple the site tells you to wait until you hear back and not to chase the application, if you can't listen to that are you going to listen to being told no by the women?

Also guys complain all you want about the club having a waiting list but surely if any club lets in an unlimited amount of males do you really think your going to get a good number of couples or single women attend knowing they could potentially be walking into a club with cock waving everywhere?

if the club say they have not received the application and to apply again, that is what people will do. If the club then say they have not received the application even though they have replied to the application they claim to not have received and start to get less than polite on the phone to potential customers, that is not good. I spoke to two people at the club by phone. One, a female was lovely and told me to phone back and they would do everything they could to sort things out. The other, a gruff male voice was rude, disparaging and simply told me and I quote "don't bother coming, you aren't getting in!" That is the same person that posted on here making comments about my IT skills.

I have visited many clubs and have never seen or heard a member of staff be rude or condescending to a customer. I treat people the way I expect to be treated myself. I have always worked in service industries and if any of my employees spoke to a customer in that way, they would be looking for another job.
