Group for chocolate lovers that do not want attend parties

I am thinking about starting a group for people that love dark skinned men but don’t want to go to parties. I love the scene but parties are not my thing so want to organise a group for women and couples who admire dark skinned men and plan socials in bars etc to build a community outside of extortionate parties. If you’re interested let me know
