Question for the vets and pros in the community. How willing are you to give a newbie a try or would you prefer people with experience in the scene? On websites or in person (clubs, socials).

I understand but isnt just going with the flow a part of it as well?

I get the unexperienced might be a bit clunky in certain situations but i feel as long as their confident and respectful and not timid then we can guide them to a level if that makes sense
