Does anyone have any advice or recommendations in London where I can book a private sauna/banya where you can get discreetly get away with having sex?

I know of the gay saunas in London of course, but any action there always attracts a crowd, whereas I'm looking for somewhere private I can hire.

I found one place in Hoxton where you can rent banyas privately and go in the nude, but even then, I don't know if these places have cameras?

Yes there will be CCTV, its everywhere. It may cover the entrance but once you're inside it boils down to privacy the same as any other sauna. What you have to be mindful of is any 'safety checks' incase users passout or have a stroke.
