I get why you’d suggest free entry for women - it would definitely increase the female footfall, and I agree that the ratio is heavily skewed towards men. But let’s be real: the spa isn’t a charity. It’s a business, and businesses operate on fair pricing, not selective giveaways. If we’re aiming for gender equality, then charging one gender and letting the other in for free doesn’t exactly align with that principle. The real issue isn’t the price - it’s the atmosphere. Women aren’t staying away because of an extra few pounds on the entry fee. They’re staying away because of the “wanking deaths” problem. Fix that, and more women will come, even if they have to pay the same as men. Simple as that. Peace ✌🏻

Pete, you state the problem, but offer no solution.

Free ladies entry would at least be an attempt. I think it might work. And that would be good business.

. Does anyone think that a membership system like they have at Kestres / AbFabs could work. If I use myself as a example say someone complained about my behaviour I would get a warning and if it was really bad banned for life.

Membership will deter occasional visitors including ladies.

I would increase to £40 for men, £20 for single ladies. Maybe the quality will improve a bit.

. Yes that’s a problem with membership as it may put people off.As their personal details maybe stored on a computer data based which some may not be comfortable with.At the moment it’s £32 for a couple £32 for a single guy £16 for a single lady.If they put it up to £40 for a single guy from a personal perspective I would probably still attend but obviously I appreciate that a £8 hike maybe too much for some.

I'd still pay £34. Although I've been in far better liberal spas abroad for about two thirds the price, it is fairly reasonable for London. I like the naturist relaxation experience with sauna & plunge pool health benefits.

Problem is they have already started breaking things.

The removal of couples night means there are a lot of couples that have no interest in going any more, which a lot of single guys went before or after to try to get lucky. I have a Fwb I used to bring for couples night, she has no interest in normal nights because the guys, I also have less interest in going alone, so neither of us go because removal of couples nights and the reviews on here reflect that others are "going once and never again".

This was a predictable series of events, now they are trying to increase costs, which will work short term until people start having mediocre experiences and give up coming.

I would advocate for women being free or cheaper, but I'm sure a significant amount of the single women are those who are fully dressed and just use the facilities, do not engage in conversations etc and do nothing to "promote the place".

Instead of removing couples nights all they needed to do was have a bit of social media presence. Their website gets a word here or a price there every 3 or so years. If they were on here promoting their establishment, arranging special events/having engagement.
