The most central is Le Boudoir Club. Membership needed. For opinions see the review section.

Rios has it's location (near Camden) and cost going for it . And no membership needed. Nudist spa with rooms but they tolerate swimwear. I am happy there but check the reviews to see the divided opinion. If you go earlier in the day it's usually quiet with a regulars crowd and great for the facilities. Later can get more busy.

Our place 4 fun is highly praised, in London as well. Membership needed. See opinions in the Review section.

On the outskirts at Heathrow there is Ignite (formerly abfabs). Membership needed. You could do a quick forum search to see the opinions. I like it there too, just the location is not great for me. Depends how easy it is for you to get there maybe.
