Abfab Heathrow what happened?

I’m sad to share that my recent experiences at this place have been incredibly disappointing. On one visit, my newbie lady felt extremely uncomfortable due to the overwhelming pressure from some guests. The jacuzzi water was dirty, the sides of the tub were grimy, and there was a terrible smell around the showers and cinema area. This was her first time going out, and it turned into an awful experience for her. To make matters worse, at closing time, around 1:50 AM, some male staff members were very rude to her, repeatedly rushing her to get dressed and leave, which left a bad impression.

The following weekend, I attended on a Saturday night with another newbie lady, and the experience was just as bad, if not worse. A group of single guys couldn’t take “no” for an answer, which really scared her off. The situation escalated to the point where I had to report them to the staff, but unfortunately, nothing was done. This lack of action was deeply disappointing.

Additionally, the private rooms were in a terrible state. The first room we entered smelled strongly of urine, so we swapped rooms, only to find the same awful smell in the next one. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance was shocking.

As a loyal member for many years, I’ve watched this place and the community around it fall apart. A friend of mine attended the Saturday Christmas party and left within 45 minutes, describing the crowd as small (about 30 people) and mostly scruffy men aggressively hunting for ladies.

It’s really upsetting and embarrassing to leave this honest review, but I can no longer recommend this place. I will not risk ruining another night out with a fine, sexy lady here again.

Hi - have only been as a single guy and I think I sort of agree re the state of some of the rooms. Unfortunately, grimy is the word that comes to mind.

That said, I can’t imagine how difficult it must be to keep that kind of place in decent nik and I don’t know how it compares to its peers.

Put it this way, it doesn’t feel like the kind of place that’s especially keen to splash the cash to keep things perfect. (This is absolutely not a reflection on the staff who work there, btw. They’ve always struck me as hard-working and fun.)

In terms of the clientele, the times I’ve been there it’s been a mixed bag.

Sometimes it’s been a mix of nice couples, who are more or less open to being approached, and respectful guys - which has created some memorable and positive experiences

But I’ve also been there when it’s just been hordes of horny guys sweeping from one room to the next on the vague offchance of interaction with a living, breathing human female. Definitely not a good look and incredibly intimidating for all but the most jaded of swingers.

Would be interested in hearing other people’s experiences. Similar to mine?

We were there last night… apart from a very slow check in and a quick throw out. The place is spotless.

The clientele were great fun. I was well able to tell a guy I wasn’t interested.

We were there for the Xmas party. Yes it wasn’t rammed but who wants somewhere that’s completely rammed! We’ve had the best nights when it’s been a quieter evening, mindsets of some really do need to change in that respect.

We went to VA recently and as I walked into the couples area, and this was early doors, me ( the female) noticed the smell of urine straight away, it hit us and it hit us bad. Unfortunately you’re going to get that sort of thing now and again and whilst I don’t really want a urine aroma around me when we’re out partying, I’m adult enough to get that it happens.

We have seen some sites in clubs and really if you’ve walked into a room where someone has played and they’ve not cleaned up after themselves then that’s hardly a clubs fault. For some reason some people think it’s totally acceptable to leave their play area in a complete state, and have no respect towards themselves or the premises they are in.

Thank you to your friend though for saying the men were scruffy, I wouldn’t describe my partner as scruffy in the slightest. Lol. Trust me we can spot the agressive men hunters in an instance, we don’t recall any that particular night.

Yes there are men who don’t take no for an answer, but in our opinion it’s a small minority. Unlike Rios for example where I have vowed never to walk into again.

I've only been once as a single gentleman during the day on a Bank Holiday (think it was the August one) and was fortunate to have a pleasant time and there was a limited number of wanking dead about.

Have to agree with the state of the Jacuzzis, tried one for a bit but could see and feel the grim so just used the pool for the rest of the day and nicely had it to myself .

Emails were sent. Although it might depend on when you become members if you gave them authorisation to contact you or if you gave the correct email.

Normally they have always been good at updating any closures.

We’ve been attending Kestrals for quite some time and yes, the wanking dead can be an issue sometimes, but most will scarper when told to piss off. Tbf, most are decent but sometimes they can hunt in packs so to speak and seem to think of you go into the cinema room your fair game… hence why we avoid the cinema room unless we go on a Saturday couples night.

The staff are fantastic and if you have any issues just tell them straight away and they will deal with it. We’ve reported numerous people and all have been told to leave and banned. X

It used to be a good place to go but surely I'm banned after leaving the honest review.

I'm just speaking from what my ladies experienced!

The club also needs to respect the loyal members

I'm not saying crowded is better or worse but I've been to other places where 200+ members turn up for a party and all happy good vibes not full of pushey uber drivers

Ok here we go. The club is actually one of the larger clubs that I have been to, so whislst the staff can keep it clean on a night if people don’t clean a room up after they play then that’s not 100% the staffs fault

If guys are being aggressive or push then speak to staff members and say that. What I will say yes there has been times I have seen pushy guys, but if your chatty and respectful there that’s fine

In general, guys should give couples space if they are playing openly. They will soon let you know if they want you to join in or others to join. However taht is not just at ignite, thats other places as well.

I don’t have a problem with current venue and yes I did prefer the old venue (preference). I got to clubs 20 times a year roughly, I know I may have a night that’s not great a couple of times

Like others have said the quieter nights, sometimes I have had the most fun as you talk to others and the it from there
