Anyone got experience of Central London hotels where the staff aren't sniffy about rooms being used by more than two people for a while?

We all know the Premier Inn/Travelodge type, but a classy hotel (especially if it does dayrooms) would be a great find.

Have you tried the Novotels? Maybe a bit similar to premier inn etc but could be worth looking into? X

I would suggest checking into hotel as a couple (if you amd your partner) are going...then if another person or couple is joining you guys...you pop down to reception and get them. Staff wont know any different. I have tried this way before.
