Ah it got worse! Tbh I was on it about 5-6 years ago and it was turning that way. Met some good people through it and been to some good events but kind moved away from the scene.

There are good spots and people to chat to just got to find them. There is a fet/bdsm market near shoreditch on Fridays i think still goes on and loads of munches still also. Am sure people on here can guide you in to the areas you require.
