I have been training in martial arts since i was six and used to compete in the ring and the cage.

Black belt in ju-jitsu and karate. But got them when I was 16.

Went back in my twenties to do some competitve fighting. Tried kick boxing (I was crap) tried mma (it was tough) Also trained in wrestling with dave finlay senior and had some success.

I can say that I was never beaten in a ju-jitsu tournament

Took some time of do to a bodybuilding show (never again) after that I found my true passion of pro wrestling.

Yeah me too , there's no greater buzz than stepping in a ring or cage wish I could still operate at that level

Yeah I’m a big fan of One FC. MMA, 4oz Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Grappling all under one umbrella and like you said some great fights and KOs

How's your leg lock game gatekeeper? If I ever played nogi I literally only worked for darces guillotine and heel hooks

Bloody hard without the gi to trap

Lol if you forget your PE kit you'll do it in your vest and pants!

Seriously I was 17st ripped at peak and after staring at my opponent, flexing then the smirky neck crack the fight was practically won before it started. As long as I finished it in 2 mins otherwise I was gassed!

Not the best but it’s something I’m working on, especially defence but it’s an absolute minefield
