Event Venues?

Looking for venues to potentially hold events in...obviously friendly to the kind of adult activities you can imagine...

Not looking for hotels, Airbnb, publicly advertised dungeons, etc....we can find these ourselves.

Thinking more private rooms, disused garages, offices, remote out buildings, empty rental properties, and the like.

Depending on the event it could be between 5 and 30 people attending.

Obviously the cheaper and more discreet the better...but understand a contribution would probably be needed, or at least an event invite!

Any info people have on hotels would also be helpful. Hotels where visitors don't have to go past reception etc. Also serviced apartments without a receptionist - keys accessed via a locked box or code.

At the moment just London and yes, many years arranging parties.

Ok. Fair enough. I had thought of a venue in my county which would be in a house with a fair degree of privacy.
