Having been to BiFun twice in the last few weeks which is held in the same basement just with fewer people and more space

It is a public bar so the same rules apply and are enforced by the venue management.

You can dress slutty and show lots of flesh but the limit is similar to what might be acceptable in a Wetherspoons on a Saturday night.
