Hi.

Looking to get back in to running and was looking for a running buddy or group that would be encouraging and help maintain a sub 30 min 5km time

I often go run around you area in Box Hill. It’s a great place to train. I’m a little jealous I don’t live in Dorking

It’s nice but I need a kick up the ass to make the effort to get out and run. So hoping to find someone that wants to just plod along for a run
