Hey guys and gals, Chris here.

Looking for someone to go gym with to get back in shape after a long time of not being in shape due to a back injury. Used to be super athletic, but now I'm a super dad bod ??

Male or female, don't mind, not looking for anything sexual, just someone to go gym with locally.

Need to start slow and build up due to nerve damage in my lower spine, but I really miss feeling like me and need a buddy for company.

I'm not that weird or anything, I promise!

Failing that, any recommendations for a gym round Dartford? There's loads too choose from!

Sorry to hear about the nerve injury, sounds terrible.

I hope not only physically but mentally you're doing well too!

I've started going Fairfield at Dartford. Not got a gym buddy yet, but got some new head phones for my birthday lol only joined a couple.of weeks ago!
