I know I’m not entirely what you’re looking for but I am a trained massage therapist and skilled in prostate massage. For first timers it’s going to take patience and trust from both parties, they should be experienced enough to be able to read your bodies responses and know what to look for.

I've found with ass-play you really have to know your own body and how it will react.

I've found that I have to give a lot of instruction to the penetrating partner. No, it's not like porn you can't just shove it in!
