Hi all, I'm sure there are a few people like myself who are missing the gym. Just wondering if anyone around the Belfast area has any dumbell or barbell sets for sale or to donate lol Bodyweight exercises and improvising with household objects are good but nothing beats weights!!

Op, I kitted out a perfect home gym for 50 quid

-POWERBAG

-KETTLEBELL

- LADDER for footwork

- MED BALL

- YOGA MAT

...With that, you'd get between 30 -60 exercises

Body weight exercises are way better for you and perfect for these times. Try austin Dunham's 5 minute workouts. For older guys Funk Robert's does good routines using body weight only or a few simple dumbbells or kettlebells. Speaking of which, kettlebells are good also and although they are weights they promote functional strength and fitness. Same with Trx. If you just prefer the feel of weights you can get a good set of resistance bands with a door attachment that can do just about anything.
