Gratitude list.....

Ok so sometimes we just forget what we have the simple things in life. I have just made a gratitude list of just ten things i have. A suggestion for those who are feeling low at the moment. Share here if you wish, if not just do it at home for yourself.

My most precious possession is great health in mind and body ,body creaking a bit from years of playing sports but not too bad and my kids are all healthy thank God , anything else after that is a bonus

Having cared for my now deceased parents in their final years, every day I can get out of bed, remember who I am, dress myself and wipe my own ass is a fantastic day in my book

Am so grateful for...

- Developing the best ever relationship with my parents

especially my Dad over the last few weeks

- My health, fitness as I realise how physical health affects my mindset

- Being able to get to know you lot as more than just bums, boobs and cocks. Had some amazing chats on an eclectic mix of topics here

- Settling a few grievances with people and being able to release a lot of anger and pain inside

- Having a roof over my head, a fridge full of food and sitting back while the Gardai, Nurses, Fire Fighters are stepping forward. (Respect )

- Being able to reach out to my friends these days like never before

- Having a great sense of community with my neighbours. They're a really good bunch

- And yes, am grateful for you guys for keeping me silly here as I log in every so often

- Am grateful for being in a position now to redesign my life. I have a few amazing ventures in the pipeline so fingers crossed

- Am grateful for keeping my tv and radio off and meditating as am enjoying lots of mental clarity and peace of mind right now...

Very good Tim, you have a lot of gratitude, that's great. Like you i am grateful for the roof over my head, food in my fridge, electricity, heat, hot water, nice big kimgsize bed to myself to sleep in lol. I have a car outside my door, clothes in my word robe, good friends and a phone to call them in these times, family. And like you said lots more, i am reasonably well and alive, i don't have the virus or any family members. like you i like to meditate, and hope for new ventures also to come from this.
