the uk supreme court has upheld the decision about taking photos illegally even if in the same room...mainly aimed at the revenge porn photos but may have implications for Fab photos & standards Fab admin may have to apply

They're already pretty good at it. We uploaded a photo a while back, and there was a guy behind a window in a restaurant (wasn't a rude pic, BTW) and it was declined until we edited him out completely

Lots of group sex photos on fab. As long as faces are hidden they pass the admin test

My understanding of this judgement is that it's illegal to take naked photos of someone without their permission. Technically this shouldn't make any difference since presumably no one is posting pics they didn't have permission to take. However you could argue how does Fab know you had permission so are you going to need a written release for every person in a photo

Fyi this is the Irish forum not uk . They have revenge porn laws and sadly we don't yet ????
