"So half assed lock down starting

No more than 2 gatherings. Most shops closing unless food. Oy allowed out if work, food shop or one daily activity.

its not that. Its basically the beating around the Bush. They haven't actually said its complete lockdown. They said price will be able to implement fines not saying for what or how much. Just the government not being upfront and saying dont fucking go out so the bellends bent go to beach and think they on holiday

Fines (in NI Naomi Long said earlier up to £100000) could be issued for being out of your property for anything other than one of the four reasons BJ said. Basically it was a graduated response, they asked nicely not everyone listened, now they intend to enforce it, some again wont listen but hopefully majority do.

Aside from the level of fine he said it all. You must stay inside. There are limited reasons you can go out. Police will have power to enforce it.

He didn't say it was a graduated response but that's what has happened

Well if the authorities break up gatherings in the south (which they should) it is not far off a lockdown anyway as most retailers other than food are shutting down. Those that can work from home are, same as UK now. You will see more activity from the cops breaking up the herds of plebs.
