"We would like to confirm that our event for the 28th March is cancelled. We currently have events planned for the 12th and 25th April and we will keep you posted in regards to them. At this time there is no point in speculating as we dont know what will happen and in fact the experts dont know. We are trying to keep optimistic and will obviously keep you informed. These are tough times for everyone and can be lonely times for some too.
