Anyone else hear about the mother and baby who fell into belfast Lough from a ferry en route from Scotland wee baby was only 9days old and still not been found....

I saw this on the news earlier it's terrible, has there been any information on how this happened?? I have been on that ferry a few times and can't see how they went overboard?

There is a few stories popping up one of the ones going about is she dropped the baby and jumped in after it, but i know what you mean i was on it before myself and cant see how you can just fall off it

This woman is mentally ill and should pay for the rescue services? What about all the people who get so hammered in pubs and clubs at the weekends and get food poisoning? I'm sure they cost more of your taxes!

did she say there was a baby or did the eye witness say there was a baby, because as far as i can tell she wasnt able to speak after being rescued.

they were not to know there was a non existant baby at the time did they would you rather they had,nt done all they could just in case there was a child layin at the bottom of the belfast lough!! no offence but think before you type

Maybe you could tell me where I stated they shouldnt have gone out and therefore left a baby at the bottom of the lough?

I stated that she should have to pay for them since there was no baby at all.

we are just glad to here there was no baby just seen that video of that malyasian woman beating her 8 mth old baby and all she got was 18 mths in prison sum people dont deserve to have kids hope she never gets them back

oh god that was horrific i cudnt watch it....the worse part is there were other kids watching and someone filming it...all that poor baby needed was a cuddle.
