I’m in work. I feel like a member of the band playing on the deck of the Titanic. Nothing will change for me except traffic is lighter and risk is higher. This lockdown needs to be heeded. The more serious we all take it, the shorter term it will be.

Personal distance needs to be 2 meters.

Wash hands frequently with soap and hot water.

Also use hand sanitizer after washing.

Sneeze and cough into tissue or clothing.

If you have flu symptoms, breathing issues, high temperature or other symptoms PHONE your doctor.

DONT CALL AN AMBULANCE.

Self isolate and wear a normal paper mask if in contact with anyone if you have any symptoms.

Contact HSE Corona Virus hotline.

Keep tabs on elderly and vulnerable people where possible.
