Dad or mum bod - the same rule applies.

Nobody is perfect but all ours imperfections make us sexy and attractive. Maybe not for everyone but definitely each of us can find the perfect match

All the protein you eat is going to your dick.

Only one way to get big, if you can lift a weight more than 12 reps, increase the weight, lift as big as you can as many times as you can, and if its 12 times its too light.

Takes ages.

I don't like extremes of physique in either direction, average is perfectly fine.

I am partial to fairly tall men though.

Ah I couldnt care less what somebody wants to call themselves, to be honest I think the body type selection should be removed anyway.

I'm not sure I have a preference tbh. Have been attracted to all sorts in my time!

But definitely would prefer a man taller than me....which isn't really an issue with my height

Somewhere in Co. Down

I like just normal I guess dad bods if you want to call them that I agree with what Casey said I'm not into extremes on either end of the scale either.

For me it's not so much about body type tho it's about how I get on with someone more than anything else. But nice pics will definitely grab my attention first like everyone on here it's the first thing you see of someone.

Unfortunately we live in an age where people are made to continually feel inadequate, be it their height, their weight, their hair, the colour of their skin, the size of their bum, their nose, their boobs or their penis and it’s all down to peer pressure on social media.

It is very true that there is someone out there for everyone regardless of your shape, your height, your weight or your political persuasion!

The most important thing in life is to be nice to one another. If someone is down, lonely or just not able to smoke, lend them one of yours!!!

Have a good weekend everyone and always remember .... life’s too short to iron your knickers

I concur. I remember as a young boy (many years ago) when you went to school and didn’t wear the “in” things you were looked down upon so yes, this social stigma has been going on long before social media

I have a beautiful hard six pack hidden behind a soft protective cover just in case someone hurt themselves on it. I’m slightly under height for my weight at the moment. Fire.

I remember it well too (although not as a boy)

I do think it is quite relentless now though with constant access to social media. At least when we went home from school we got a few hours respite - or it switched to family members running us down

To a certain point maybe but this advice isnt exactly true....1st thing....if you wish to get bigger you need to eat more calories than you expel during a day...not any ol crap...keep yourself as right as you can....macros and all that...try like around 500 extra calories than you usually take and see how that hoes after a few weeks, see how that goes...your only looking to increase mass by bout 1-2lbs a week...btw its the same the other way...

You can build muscle with lighter weights if your doing the right exercises...but if you can keep the big compound lifts in then all the better..ie..barbell squats,deadlifts...bench press(btw a cable incline press is the best there is overall engagement, stretch and growth....throw that in after heavy flat bench).dips for lower chest

and pullups/chinups should be in there for total body compound moves...

German volume training might be a way to go for you....10 sets of 10 is the standard with 1 min rest between sets...google that...that may help you out...but yes you can certainly acheive growth with lighter weight not just sticking to the old 6-12reps for hypertrophy....sometimes its a case of an exercise to failure...just not the likes of bar squats, deadlifts, barbell bench....machines/cables yes cause you have that safe net....dropsets too for added volume

Not sure where I fit in here...

If you knew me years ago vs now.

So I'm a dad bod based on just being a dad
