Ive been a vegan for so long but after my life changed, Im on LCHF diet and love my mum's cooking: the scrambled eggs with home made smoked bacon (from my uncle's farm), permigiano and lots of greens aside

Or Petite's keto baked cheesecake with almonds and berries on top

Two slices of onion chopped in cubes, five slices of celery, and six sticks of green been, half fry it in a small frypan, add a little of spices, salt and add two eggs... Toast two slices of malt bread, spread hummus on it, and serve yourself.

Or simpler: Toast your malt bread or soda bread, spread classic cream cheese on it and take a squeezy honey bottle and add honey on each bite
