How do I change my profile from single to couple ? Or is it best to just make a couples profile?

Probably better to make a couples one and hide this one if you aren't going to be active on it

Contact admin and ask them to change it.

Change your written profile to be about you as a couple and include photos of both of you.

If your profile will look as couples - they will change it quicker.

Alternatively just change the above to look as couples and someone will report it for you and it will automatically get changed
