Usually, I leave my CCTV covered when I am home, but I was going through the videos a few minutes ago, and I just noticed me wanking for one hour and a half with the camera was uncovered in my room yesterday...lol... With my open mind I was just observing the sin and laughing. Haha, just one of those days...

Have you ever done any of this kinda funny accidents?

No panic here . It was just funny. I always leave it covered... I only uncover before leaving home... CCTV are everywhere nowadays. But usually in a closed server... Mine self-destroy after 14 days, but I delete them weekly...

No cameras in a cosy hotel... But how can we all be sure others don't? By walking by the neighborhood I have noticed some CCTVs in their room windows to monitor their cars... I am just good at observing details...

Nowadays everyone, depends how good someone is at hacking someone's mobile phone. We cover or laptops cameras, but we forget about our phones. So no difference there

I have it since when I was sharing a house a couple of years ago, while renting a landlord occupied room... The creep kept getting in my room for "no reason"... He stole my privacy, so now it's there whenever I live... Specially when you do your long shifts at work... As I mentioned, we all have CCTVs in our pockets all day long...

Most people here have webcams and recording devices. It's up to you to trust anyone anywhere. The post supposed to be fun...I don't think it's a red flag for one person only. You seen the new thing on this site here now where people can post videos and video chats using phones or webcams of them having fun. Be suspicious about everyone. Webcams, Phone chats are everywhere. I raised the flag, it's up to you how to filter it... This is an ooooolllddd tech.. who knows who isn't doing it... I don't think anyone here would do it... I would not record anyone ever... It's just a safety device for my own privacy... Everybody should have CCTVs, it helps with your insurance

With all those creepy child minder stories. Yes it's highly recommend to have it... Specially when living with other people. (Of course that is the first thing I said to past flatmates, if they needed anything ask, because I always said that there is a monitoring device inside the room. Just my love for tech).

Im techy person and suggest every mom the cctv at home, especially if you hire a childminder. I do not trust everyone. They are horrible stories about childminders. I did want to happen to my only child.

But having a cctv in a bedroom? No, this is unacceptable. Maybe as you OP said for your own safety when you share the house, then it makes a sense.

You know you have trust issues when you have cameras for inside your house.

I'm on board for people wanting them looking at their front and back gardens etc.

But I've seen a couple lately that over look past people's own property. Taking in parts of neighbours houses and way out onto the public road. It actually anoys me.....
