You send the two numbers you have picked by PM to the OP. Women get two number due to the lack of women

when the floor is open to the Gents Woody will let the gent know to pick a number and the lady/couple will be matched to the gent with the same number.

So it’s really a waiting game for the gent to get the number of women to pick their number.
