Could be a number of things, OP, especially if it's been going on for a few months.

As said, there could be psychological issues such as anxiety, depression or just general worry about something going on in your life.

Physically there could be reasons for it too. Diabetes is one I recall off the top of my head. They're much less likely to be the cause of such an issue but certainly deserving of addressing so don't be afraid to seek medical advice.

Could also be, and I don't wish for this to sound rude, from excessive or conditioned masturbatory actions. That perhaps sex can't replicate what you're used to in that regard.

Don't believe all you read especially when it comes to 420.
