Am looking at my car insurance now trying to figure out if my business insurance and break down recovery would help me with a flat battery.

I haven't driven in over a week and with the snow etc.

It's flat.And my brother's wee car not jump starting it.

If snow and ice is making your morning commute to work a white knuckle ride, I would suggest purchasing a yourself set of proper winter tyres and a separate set of wheel rims to mount them on. I lived in Germany for a while and all German motorists change over to their winter tyres in December.
