I've just had venison backstraps marinaded overnight in mayple syrup,brandy,fresh herbs etc,slow cooked in the oven with mushrooms stuffed with walnuts,and pecan nuts,creamy mash potatoes,and mixed mash turnip and carrots,and a very big glass of merlot

yep im pretty good,venison is fantastic meat to eat,no fat on it,free range organic meat,it's so tasty
