Can you be more specific about "Kodi box"?

Kodi is a software program out of XBMC, not a device.

Mine is an Android box which has many programs on it, one of which is Kodi.

It's running fine.

Kodi is also running perfectly on X1X and PC, so Kodi itself is not the problem.

when I used go into it I'd see Kodi. I'm not high tech on this stuff so unsure. Box has power but is stalled basically. Time gone shit on it also.

Hard reset button is in AV port .

You will need a toothpick.

Unlug box .

Stick tothpick inside .

Plug back in while tothpick is on the reset button.

Logo will come up and disssapear , take the tothpiy out when logo has dissapeard .

Will either reset and be ok or setup screen will come up, look for "wipe data" , "factory reset " , then delete all user data and reboot device .

Warning , this will wipe the box clean , all your apps and Kodi will need to be reinstated .

Trust us!

Do as No Limits has said, or last instructions I sent. Same difference.

You're going to have to set it all up again afterwards.

If you bought it pre configured, after you reset it, contact the seller and ask them if they can email you the menu setup with instructions how to install

It's not an issue.

If all working, happy days.

If you installed an app recently, that's likely the reason and don't reinstall same app but seriously, not worth worrying about

"Not doing a new thread. I'm due a phone upgrade soon. 2 year contract just up. Is there only certain phones they offer u?"

Compare the total price of 2yr contract with price of phone you want and GoMo or other rolling 30 day contract.

Pretty much always cheaper to buy phone outright on Amazon/ Ebay, from legit seller, and pay SIM only. Samsung phones have 2yr warranty also

Oh and there are a raft of new phones arriving in the next 2mths, so the ones you're eyeing up now are about to get a €100-200 price drop very shortly.

If you're looking mid range or lower, Moto G or Samsung A phones, possibly Huawei. I've heard very good things about Xiaomi Mi also.

Check Techradar and others for best reviews

I moved off kodi onto firestick a year or so ago. The addons just all seemed a bit unreliable and crappy on kodi. CinemaHD (for web streaming) & Popcorntime (for torrent streaming) on firestick are rock solid. How is kodi these days? What addons are folks using and are they reliable?

Most android boxes can be fixed fairly handy. Youtube is choc a bloc full of solutions. If the box is a few years old though, and running on 4.4.2. it may be obsolete for kodi 18 upwards. Go on to youtube and put in either your exact problem, or what kodi version is my android box, and the solution maybe fixable by yourself. As you get more familiar fixing problems , it gets MUCH easier.

I use catmouse, unlocktv, and cinemahd on firestick for on demand streaming... and ibox for live TV streaming.

I used to use kodi with quasar or exodus, but it found less and less good streams and was generally unreliable.

I've gave up on live TV now but if I have too I just use Freeview Play(easy way to search threw all broadcasters).

I mostly use YouTube, Disney+, Netflix, kodi on Firestick and mobile and other devices :addons (magic dragon, numbers, The Crew (covers live tv too)

With all that still hard to find something. Lol

I'm using the Slamious build. It is the most stable one.Have had zero issues with it.Has every add on you can think of and all work with zero problems.Live TV was a nightmare when i last used Kodi, always freezing or cutting off completely.Since i installed Slamious that has nt happened once.I can watch an NFl game without frantically trying to get it back again after a freeze,i can watch every station from sky,the US and any other country. All movies are crisp and crystal clear, same applies for TV shows as well.

Not sure about smart TV's but it will work on anything from laptops,PC's,firesticks, android boxes, xbox ones or anything else that you can fire Kodi up on.
