Im having scrambled eggs,tossed with freshly cut salmon,and finely diced cucumber,and finely chopped,chives and parsley,button mushrooms,stuffed with processed walnuts,and pecan nuts,shallots,garlic,salt,cracked,pepper corns,spice,melted blue cheese on top with a gentle kiss of mayple syrup,on a warm bed of ciabiata seeded warm brown bread,smothered in kerrygold butter,all washed down with only the finest of a bottle of merlot

So fancy scrambled eggs on toast then

chicken ,chips, peas and pepper sauce tonight for us -nothing fancy but delicious all the same !
