To quote Jack Nicholson in the movie " terms of Endearment ".." I'd rather stick needles in my eyes " than to ever watch stuff like that ,my time is just wayyyyyyyyyy too precious ...l fully understand and respect to those that do but it's an absolutely no from me .

It's trash TV but we still tune in every night

Dont watch anything like that but my feed on fb is filled with the utter shite. Making nobodies famous for no good reason. reality tv needs to just do one but whats really sad is some younger people look up to people that are on this kind of show and think they are the ultimate role model. everyone is an instagram "influencer" these days

Reminds me of a conversation with a former careers teacher. He used to ask his students what they wanted to be when they left school. Previous generations said, teacher, nurse, doctor fireman and so on.

In recent years the answer has been "famous". Sums it up.
